Kolokithokeftedes (Greek Zucchini Fritters) with Tzatziki

“Kolokythi” means zucchini, and “Keftedes” means meatballs. The literal translation is “zucchini meatballs”, or zucchini fritters as we know them. What sets Greek zucchini fritters apart from other zucchini fritters is the addition of feta cheese and dill.

 Soutzoukakia is a dish from Smyrna that the Greeks perfected with their own spices. The spices in the beef ovals complement the tomato sauce. Served over rice with a side of feta, and you now have a truly upscale peasant food with great flavor.

Baklava Ⓥ

A rich Greek  pastry consisting of sheets of phyllo layered with chopped nuts, butter, and cinnamon, baked, and soaked in a sugar syrup 

Rizogalo (rice pudding)

Homely, comforting and extra creamy! Greek rice pudding (rizogalo) is a no butter, egg-free traditional Greek recipe, which looks more like a thick custard than a pudding and is flavored with vanilla, lemon peel or orange zest. 

Loukoumades

Sweet little honey puffs  which are deep fried until golden and crispy, soaked in honey and garnished with chopped walnuts and cinnamon. Simply irresistible!
